These shields are specially shaped to fit around the heel and because of their ultra slim, discreet design you can wear them with all your favourite shoes, even stilettos or the inside top of mules. The gel layering grips your foot for added comfort and cushioning.

Directions:

Peel the protective film away from shield to reveal the adhesive layer. Apply by pressing firmly against the heel, making sure to smooth out wrinkles.
