Skimmed cow's milk, maltodextrin, lactose (from cow's milk), vegetable oils (palmolein, sunflower oil), magnesium hydrogen phosphate, sodium L-ascorbate, flavouring (contains cow's milk), calcium carbonate, ferrous sulphate, DL-Į-tocopherol, nicotinamide, choline chloride, zinc sulphate, L-ascorbic acid, calcium D-pantothenate, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, D-biotin, phytomenadione, manganese sulphate, cupric sulphate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamin hydrochloride, DL-Į-tocopheryl acetate, retinyl palmitate, riboflavin, cholecalciferol, cyanocobalamin, potassium iodide, chromium chloride, sodium molybdate, sodium selenite.

Indication:

Complan Original is our versatile neutral drink. Once made up it can be enjoyed as a delicious drink or used like milk throughout the day. In fact did you know that you can easily add all its goodness, including its blend of 26 vitamins and minerals to your favourite food and drinks by simply stirring in one or more tablespoons directly into it! What a great way to add extra nourishment to your food.

Directions:

You can drink Complan either hot or cold, whichever you prefer, and because its already nutritionally balanced you only need to add water. However, add milk if you prefer a richer creamier taste.

Caution:

Infants below 12 months should only be given Complan under medical supervision. Diabetics should consult their dietitian or doctor before including Complan as part of their diet. Food supplements are intended to supplement the diet and should not be regarded as a substitute for a varied diet.
