Menthol 0.3% with natural essential oils
Indication
For the symptomatic relief of nasal congestion associated with the common cold, catarrh, head colds and hayfever
Dosage
Blow the nose before application; Adults: Apply up to 1cm of ointment in and around each nostril using the little finger and inhale. Re-apply every 4 hours as required; Children 10 years and over: Apply up to 0.5cm of ointment in and around each nostril using the little finger and inhale. Re-apply every 4 hours as required; 5-9 years: Apply up to 0.25cm of ointment in and around each nostril using the little finger and inhale. Re-apply every 4 hours as required.
