Clear red syrup containing diphenhydramine 14mg and levomenthol 2mg per 5ml

Indication

Cough and congestive symptoms

Dosage

Adults and children 12 years and over: 10ml four times daily Max 40ml daily

Caution

May cause drowsiness.

Avoid alcohol.

Use with caution in the presence of moderate to severe hepatic or renal impairment.

Not for use in narrow angle glaucoma or symptomatic prostatic hypertrophy.

Not to be used in persistent coughs such as occurs with asthma, or where accompanied by excessive secretions.
