Benylin Dry Cough 150ml

Contents
Each 5ml of cough syrup contains: Dextromethorphan hydrobromide 7.5mg. Also contains: Liquid glucose, sucrose, ethanol. (See leaflet). This product contains 6 vol % ethanol.

Indication
Persistent dry and irritating coughs

Dosage
Adults and children aged 12 years and over: Take two 5 ml spoonfuls every 4 - 6 hours, four times a day Not suitable for children under 12 years. Do not take more than 4 doses in 24 hours. If symptoms persist, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.

Caution
Not for use in, or those at risk of, respiratory failure. Use with caution in moderate to severe hepatic impairment. Not to be used in persistent coughs such as occurs with asthma or when accompanied by excessive secretions
