Active Ingredients: Dried Ferrous Sulfate 325mg (equivalent to 105mg elemental iron) in a prolonged release Gradumet form and Vitamin C (equivalent to 500mg ascorbic acid). Other Ingredients: Methylacrylate methylmethacrylate copolymer, magnesium stearate, povidone, polyethylene glycol 400 & 8000, maize starch, purified talc, ethylcellulose, hdroxypropylmethylcellulose, titanium dioxide and dye Red Ponceau 4R Lake (E124).

Dosage
Adults and children 12 years and over: One a day, before food. Swallow whole
