Peppermint flavoured liquid containing sodium alginate 1,000mg and potassium bicarbonate 200mg per 10ml
Indication
Treatment of symptoms of gastro-oesophageal reflux, such as acid regurgitation, indigestion or heartburn, including during pregnancy
Dosage
Adults and children 12 years and over: 5-10ml after meals and at bedtime
Caution
Consult a doctor before use if on a low sodium or potassium diet. The calcium content needs considering for patients with hypercalcaemia, nephrocalcinosis and recurrent calcium containing renal calculi. Do not use in patients with renal failure. Patients who do not experience symptom improvement within 7 days should seek medical advice
