Laxido Orange Sachets 30

Contents:

Macrogol 3350 13.125g, Sodium Chloride 350.7mg, Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate 178.5mg, Potassium Chloride 46.6mg, Acesulfame Potassium (E950), Orange Flavour.

Indication:

Laxido is used to treat chronic long-term constipation and can also be used to treat a build up in the bowel. The active ingredient, Macrogol 3350, is a laxative that makes stools softer and easier to pass. Electrolytes help to maintain the body's normal levels of sodium, potassium and water whilst giving relief from constipation.

Dosage:

Adults, children over 12 years and the elderly: One sachet mixed with 125ml of water taken 1-3 times a day. This cource of treatment for chronic constipation does not normally last longer than 2 weeks.

Caution:

Do not take if allergic to any of the ingredients, have a blockage in the intestine, perforation of paralysis of the intestine. Do not use if you have ulceration of the colon, Chrohns disease or toxic meglacon. Not suitable for use during pregnancy or whilst breast-feeding. Always follow the advice inside the pack.
