Measurement time is only 5 sec. Small sample volume of only 0.5 µL. Automatic coding eliminates potential user errors. Compatible with fresh capillary or venous whole blood. Blood is automatically drawn into the capillary. Control window allows an easy check, whether the sensor has received a sufficient amount of blood. Warning in case of underdosage. Test strips in flip-top vials for easy handling. Test strip could be touched at all areas with dry and clean fingers. Shelf life after first opening: 6 months but no later than the expiry date printed on the label. The test strips are only for use with Omnitest® 5 blood glucose monitor. Measurement accuracy fulfills the tightened requirements of EN ISO 15197:2013. The device is intended only for in vitro diagnostic use
