Indication:
Relief of muscular and joint pain associated with muscle tension, overexertion, sprains and arthritis

Dosage:
Adults: Tear open pouch place heat wrap over pain area with darker discs towards skin. It may take up to 30 minutes to reach therapeutic temperature.

Caution:
Do not overlap heat cells or place heat cells on the palm of the hand, back of knee or inside bend of arm. Do not use with medicated ointments or other forms of heat, on broken or damaged skin, on areas of bruising or swelling that have occurred in the last 48 hours or on areas of the body where heat cannot be felt. Do not use on those unable to remove the patch independently. Consult pharmacist if you have heart disease, diabetes, poor circulation or rheumatoid arthritis. Risk of burning increases with age, those over 55 should wear over a layer of clothing. Do not wear when sleeping. Check skin frequently for burns, blisters or irritation during use. If it feels too hot stop use or wear over clothing. Do not place extra pressure over product. Do not use for more than 12 hours in a 24 hour period.for knee, elbow, neck, shoulder and wrist. Back wrap should not be used for more than 8 hours in a 24 hour period
